Since 1912, La Ideal has been the most elegant place in Buenos Aires, visited by the most distinguished personalities since then. Currently, Confitería La Ideal offers a Tango and Folklore show with great artists on stage, a live show with an orchestra of piano, bandoneon, violin, double bass and bass drum, singers and four pairs of dancers. An 80-minute show that reviews traditional tangos, waltzes and danced milongas, performing great Argentine artists such as Ástor Piazzolla and Carlos Gardel (El día que me quieras, Por una Cabeza), Folklore Music (Zamba and Chacarera) and the inevitable “Don't cry for my Argentina” evoking Evita.
